Accent Health Solutions is a licensed Field Marketing Organization (FMO) that provides support, resources, and carrier contracting access to independent Medicare insurance agents and agencies nationwide. The Site is an informational and agency recruitment platform. It is not intended to solicit, enroll, or provide coverage advice to Medicare beneficiaries. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding insurance quote, contract, or guarantee of coverage or compensation.

This Site is intended for use by:

• Licensed insurance agents and agency owners exploring partnership opportunities.
• Insurance professionals seeking information about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D products offered through our carrier network.
• Industry professionals conducting general research about FMO services.

This Site is not intended for Medicare beneficiaries seeking personal coverage enrollment or plan comparison. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, please contact a licensed agent in your area or visit Medicare.gov.

When you submit information through our contact form, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You understand that your submission will be delivered to us via Resend, a third-party email service, and that we will use your information only as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting our contact form does not create an agency agreement, employment relationship, or any other contractual obligation between you and Accent Health Solutions. Any formal partnership arrangement requires a separate written agreement executed by authorized representatives of both parties.

Accent Health Solutions operates in compliance with applicable insurance regulations and CMS guidelines governing Medicare marketing organizations. All insurance products referenced on this Site are available only through licensed agents in states where those products are approved. Nothing on this Site constitutes a solicitation in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed or where such solicitation would be unlawful. Agency partners are solely responsible for maintaining their own valid insurance licenses, completing required carrier certifications (including annual AHIP certification), and complying with all applicable federal and state regulations governing their independent sales activities.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACCENT HEALTH SOLUTIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THIS SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accent Health Solutionsand its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration inTexas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
